On our way home from St. Louis we stopped in Kansas City to eat at Gates Bar-B-Q. They are known for their delicious Bar-B-Q and famous phrase of "Hi, May I help you?" As soon as you walk in the door they holler at you saying "Hi, May I help you?" You'd better know what you want because if you take too long to order they'll skip right over you and say, "Next! Hi, May I help you?" to the next person in line. To some people this might seem rude but it's all in fun and part of the Gates Bar-B-Q experience! It's fun!
