Super Dooper Deliciously Fudgy Brownies

Description:
The best brownies you will ever eat! Oh, have a glass of milk handy while eating them.

Ingredients:
1/2 c Hershey's syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 stick of butter (cut into pieces)
1 c flour
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
10 oz semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 1/4 c sugar
3 large eggs

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush a 9 inch square glass pan with butter. Line the bottom of the pan and two sides with wax paper, leaving a little over hang. Butter the pan and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.

2. Place butter, chocolate syrup, vanilla, and chocolate in a medium heat proof bowl set over a sauce pan of gently simmering water. Continue heating slowly, while stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove bowl from pan. Add sugar, mix. Add eggs, mix. Slowly add flour mixture, mix. Pour batter into pan.

3. Bake on 350 degrees for approx 50 to 60 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted into center comes out clean.

Tip: Once finished baking, let cool and then lift brownies from pan using the over hang of wax paper. When cutting brownies use a wet knife. Wet the knife before making each cut.
